The Digital Farm Project 2 is the logical next episode of Global Factory 1&2 and Digital Farm Project 1 (see “previous project”). After exploring mechanical and industrial fields in 2012-2013 and the link between mechanic and agronomics in 2014, we are launching the 4th edition using only the 3DXPERIENCE Platform (see “available resources ”), which gathers DS software like CATIA, 3DSwym, ENOVIA, GEOVIA among many others! This project takes place from September 7, 2015 to January 15, 2016.

Global Farm brings students dispersed across the planet through a problem based learning experience that combines various disciplines, from mechanical, systems, industrial, agricultural engineering to project management and communication sciences. Connected through cutting-edge digital practices and tools like Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (provided by the ENIM during the project), students will build a true competence in working across distance, cultures and disciplines.

We offer a simple process for student to participate at this project:

  • Scenario 1: your students have the possibility to perform their internship or their capstone project at ENIM, as part of our exchange programs (30 credits ECTS).*
  • Scenario 2: ENIM engineering students have the possibility to perform their 4th-year internship in your university (they will be supervised by a teacher from your university and a teacher from ENIM).
  • Scenario 3: your students can work on the project on-site at your university (as part of their capstone project supervised by a teacher from your university).
    Registration fees =$250/student

* Foreign students following a double-degree program at ENIM have to perform their internship in Industry so they cannot participate in Digital Farm Project 2
